The side panel digital display is automatic (entered into the order management system), and the front panel and lifting/lifting of the cardboard box are electrically adjusted. The side panel is equipped with an automatic alignment device.

PLC match with Touch Screen for operation, control panel is

in the left side of machine for easy operate.

Main Motor

The Main Motor adopts  frequency motor, stable and durable.

The drive shaft adopts pneumatic brake device to avoid

machine damage caused by failure operate.

Lead edge feeder

Servo Control non-crush feeder,

4 shafts transmission.

Continuously or Skip Feeding

Paperboard leading edge as the positioning benchmark, in line with printing, slotting, die-cutting positioning benchmark, to

improving paper feeding and printing accuracy.

 To compare with Traditional feeding rollers, non-crush feeder

does not damage the strength of the cardboard, save materials.

Suction for dust remove, dust collection tube, to remove the

dust and scraps effectively.

More wider contact area, even no need to clean the printing plate for work a half day.

Printing Cylinder

The Printing Cylinder is made of seamless steel pipe with hard

chromium plating on the surface and tempering on the shaft

core so that it has strong fatigue resistance and toughness.

transfer effect.

When the main machine stops, the rubber roller adopts

Doctor Blade

(Optional)

 

Chambered Doctor Blade System

is used to ensure ink is 

well-distributed and stable printing

quality, eliminates the color difference that cased by high-speed centrifugal change when use Rubber Roller.

 

Using the oil-to-air scraper system to make the ink more

uniform and adjust the contact pressure between the blade and

the anilox roller to reduce the wear of the anilox roller.

Nylon doctor blade is used to reduce worn of Ceramic Roller.

Using closed scraper system with  two-way ink pump and high-pressure rapid spray washing device can

greatly save ink and cleaning time.

Scraper cavity sprayed with "Teflon", to avoid ink silt.

Quick-change blade, easy maintain.

Ceramic  anilox Roller

The Ceramic Roller adopts high quality seamless steel pipe,

shaft head hot sleeve process, natural tight, and do deep conditioning treatment, surface high temperature,

high pressure spray ceramic layer. Precision grinding, service

life is 3 times longer than steel anilox roller.

Precision laser engraving mesh, uniform inking, 250-700LPI.

Register Control

The phase adjustment adopts a servo motor double arm planetary gear differential structure, with adjustable clearance to ensure more precise transmission. It can be precisely adjusted 360 °, which is convenient, stable and reliable.

The phase, printing reference position, and paper gap can be automatically adjusted through order management. Register,

The phase fixing adopts an electromagnetic brake mechanism. When the machine separates or adjusts the phase, the brake mechanism restricts the rotation of the machine and keeps the position of the printing plate fixed.

 

Ink Supply

Adopting bidirectional pneumatic diaphragm pump circulation supply, stable ink supply, easy operation, and simple maintenance.

The ink bucket is made of stainless steel material, which is durable and long-lasting.

Pulling paper wheel

The paper wheel servo adjustment is convenient and fast.

During use, paper feeding can be carried out normally without turning on the fan, saving energy and reducing emissions.

Register

Register adjustment adopts servo motor dual-pole

adjustable gap planetary gear with 360° precision adjustment.

Register adjustment by an independent PLC, touch screen operates, and gap is motorized control with digital display

(Order Management).

The Register fixing adopts electromagnetism brake device. When the units

open or adjusts the register, the braker system limits the  rotation of the machine and keeps the wooden die position fixed.
